Experienced Production worker & Machine operator

Our client is a leading dairy manufacturer in Australia, known for producing high-quality specialty cheeses. As part of the global Group, they are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering premium dairy products to both local and international markets.

We are seeking physically fit Production Workers to support manufacturing operations across multiple production areas. This role involves manual handling, operating on production and packing lines, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform production tasks including mould filling, de-hooping, salting, washing, and maturation processes
Operate on packing lines (manual feeding, carton packing, pallet stacking)
Conduct quality inspections and complete QA documentation
Handle materials including plastic moulds, racks, pallets, and 20 kg salt bags
Maintain cleanliness through housekeeping duties (hosing, foaming, mopping to 5S standards)
Clean and maintain equipment, including air conditioning units (some ladder work required)
Load materials into machines and support general production operations

Requirements:
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks
Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting (light to moderate loads)
Ability to work rotating shifts

Shift Availability:

Day and afternoon shifts: 6:00–14:00, 8:00–16:00, 12:00–20:00, 16:00–00:00 (Monday–Saturday)
